Credit Card Policy
American Express,
Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard credit and debit
cards may be accepted for purchase of goods at the discretion of
avaction. ONLY AUSTRALIAN credit cards will be accepted. A
surcharge of 2.5% will apply in most cases to the total invoice.
For "private purchasers" a fax copy of photo ID (Drivers' Licence
preferred) with an address identical to the delivery address is
required. A signed authority form (which will be forwarded to you) will
also be required. For Corporate or
Government purchases an official order is required with authority to
debit credit card and full details and signature of card holder.
Deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes or unattended addresses, all
goods MUST be signed for by the CARDHOLDER upon receipt (proof of
identity may be required by the shipper/courier so please do not be
offended if asked for proof of identity).
avaction will NOT retain details of your credit card in any
electronic form. A copy of your signed authority will be retained
for a period of two years.
Returns Policy
If the goods are found to be faulty or
damaged upon delivery avaction MUST be informed within 24
hours of receipt. Under no circumstances will goods be accepted as
faulty upon delivery after that time. After that time faults will be
covered by manufacturers warranty and will be subject to the terms and
conditions of that warranty. Goods must be returned in the original
packaging in good condition. A fee may be charged if packaging is
damaged or packaging/parts missing. You may NOT return goods for any
reason other than being faulty (subject to provisions of the Trade
Practices Act NSW), a "change of mind or financial circumstances" does
NOT allow return of goods.
How to Order
An order (whether by e-mail, fax or verbally or any other means
of communication) from "you" to
avaction
for the supply of goods is regarded as a binding contract, orders may
not be cancelled due to delays in delivery or any other reason.
PLEASE do not order goods from
avaction
unless you are entirely sure!! Please fax or e-mail your purchase order
to avaction,
a pro-forma invoice will then be issued which details payment options
including a Credit Card form to be completed and faxed back to
avaction.
If no "official purchase order is available an e-mail or fax showing
FULL details of delivery address and billing entity will suffice.
Shipping, delivery etc.
Goods are shipped by courier or road freight. In most cases
goods are shipped direct from the manufacturers warehouse to you. In the
Sydney area personal delivery by
avaction
may be available. Prices on this website are generally GST inclusive but
do no include costs of shipping, packages, handling or other delivery
services.
All disputes will
be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW, Australia.
All care is
taken to ensure that specifications, products and prices are correct but
no responsibility can be taken for changes by manufacturers, distributors
